SCHMETZ Topstitch Needle No. 100/16

The Topstitch needle has a particularly long eye: 2 mm in all sizes. This means that even 2 or 3 threads can glide effortlessly through the eye and be handled gently without tearing. Multiple threads of the same colour can be used to highlight a quilted seam, for example, while a decorative effect can be achieved with threads of different colours.

The Topstitch needle allows the use of decorative techniques with thicker threads, such as denim threads or special effect threads.

Thanks to its slightly rounded point, the Topstitch needle can be used easily with a wide variety of fabrics.

Ideal for decorative stitches or free-motion embroidery (needle painting) on domestic sewing machines.

Can also be used for embroidery on embroidery machines.
