One of the exterior parts with the highest rate of loss. The Spool Cap is the small plastic disc placed on the horizontal pin of your sewing machine to firmly hold the spool of thread during operation.

This is the Small size version, ideal for use with narrower thread spools or tubes. When a small spool is used without this cap or with a cap that is too large, the thread tends to catch or tangle at the base of the pin, causing thread breakage or irregular tension that ruins the stitching.
