Signet® Tailor's Chalk Pencil with Brush (Schneider-Kreide) - Blue

The classic and practical Signet® "Schneider-Kreide" chalk pencil (made in Germany) is the indispensable tool for clean and precise markings in your sewing and pattern making projects. With a much finer line than traditional tailor's chalk, this pencil allows you to draw darts, seam allowances, buttonholes, and align embroidery with total accuracy.

The Blue Chalk version is the intelligent choice and the favourite of many seamstresses for marking medium-toned fabrics (such as yellows, oranges, beiges, and light greens) or fabrics with very busy floral and printed patterns. On these fabrics, white chalk easily blends with the background and pink chalk does not offer the necessary contrast, making blue the perfect stand-out colour.

The plastic protective cap includes a small integrated brush with firm bristles, specifically designed to erase or fade markings on the fabric immediately after sewing, avoiding the need to wash the garment straight away.
