Upper Looper for Pfaff Overlock (Ref. 98-784076-01/900)
The upper looper is the hook-shaped mechanism that carries the thread from above while the needles pierce the fabric and form the overlock stitch. It is through its curves and guides that the thread is tensioned and intertwined with the lower loopers, ensuring uniform and elastic stitches when finishing edges.
When the upper looper wears out (due to lint accumulation, misalignment, or intensive use), skipped stitches, thread breaks, and irregularities occur, ruining the professional finish. Replacing the looper is the reliable solution to restore precision and fluidity in forming overlock stitches.
