The Fancy Stitch Foot (also known as Decorative Stitch Foot 1A / 2A) is the ideal accessory for creating and applying decorative stitches, embroideries, and complex embellishments perfectly and precisely. The main difference of this foot lies in its sole: it has a deep channel or groove on the underside that allows denser and more voluminous decorative stitches to pass freely underneath the foot without getting snagged or tangled.

In addition to this groove, the sole is designed with highly visible red markings on the transparent front, which serve as essential guides for correctly positioning the fabric or aligning parallel rows of fancy stitches. As decorative stitches often create a lot of texture that can hinder the normal feeding of the fabric, this presser foot is fully prepared to work in conjunction with Pfaff's IDT system (integrated dual feed). Actively using the IDT ensures that the pattern is fed continuously, resulting in perfect embellishments. It is compatible with Pfaff machine groups G, J, K, and L (that have IDT and stitch up to 9 mm wide).
