Cord/Braiding Foot with 7/9 Holes for Pfaff IDT (Ref. 820608096)
The 7/9 Hole Cord Foot is designed to create spectacular embellishments by attaching several thin decorative cords to the fabric surface at once. Its ingenious design features small holes on the upper front and grooves on the base: you can thread up to 9 thin cords, pearl wool yarns, or embroidery threads through these holes. The lower grooves guide the cords parallel while the needle passes over them with a decorative or wide zigzag stitch, securing all threads in a colorful and textured braid on the fabric.
This accessory is a fantastic tool for creative sewing, garment customization, and creating original embroideries without the need for an embroidery machine. To ensure all these small threads and the base fabric feed perfectly in sync without puckering, the presser foot has the necessary rear cutout to work in conjunction with the Pfaff IDT system (integrated dual feed), which must be activated during sewing. It is compatible with machine groups B, C, D, E, F, G, J, K, and L (with the exception of Smarter 140s, 160s, and 260c).
