The 6mm Open-Toe Appliqué Foot is designed with a wide front opening that offers a completely unobstructed view of the needle and the sewing area. This design is perfect for following drawn lines on fabric, sewing appliqués with high precision, and executing decorative stitches or satin stitches where visual control of motif advancement is crucial.

Unlike the closed, smooth appliqué foot, this model was designed with the necessary rear cutout to fit and work in conjunction with Pfaff's IDT system (dual feed). Using IDT ensures that fabric layers or stabilizers feed completely evenly during application, preventing puckering even when sewing tight curves or using very dense stitches. This specific 6mm model is suitable for machines with a stitch width of 5.5mm and 6mm (compatible with groups D and E).
