The Free-Motion Echo Quilting Foot is an incredibly useful accessory for anyone dedicated to the art of free-motion quilting and who aims to create impeccable concentric patterns. Its distinct design features a large, circular base made of transparent material, which provides excellent contact with the fabric surface, ensuring stability and total control over the movements of your piece.

The main highlight of this presser foot is the red markings engraved on its transparent base, which function as spacing guides. These lines allow you to follow the contours of appliqués, designs, or previous seams with a perfectly consistent margin in any direction, creating the much-desired "echo" effect (parallel lines that expand like waves) on your quilt without the need to pre-mark the fabric. The rounded shape of the base also prevents the presser foot from catching on the edges or the bulk of the batting while you move your work freely.

Since it is designed for free-motion sewing, where the machine's feed dogs are lowered, this presser foot does not use the IDT system. The accessory is attached directly to the presser foot bar and is compatible with Pfaff machine groups J and L (namely the Creative, Performance, and Expression series that have a 9 mm stitch width).
