The Quilt Binder Attachment is an incredibly practical accessory for those who finish bulky patchwork and quilting projects. As the name suggests, its design allows you to apply binding quickly and completely uniformly, automatically folding the fabric to create a perfect finished edge exactly 1/2 inch wide (about 1.2 cm).

This accessory stands out for having a metal funnel with an extra-wide opening, specifically designed to effortlessly accommodate the thickness of the various layers of a quilt (the top, batting, and backing). By inserting the fabric strip into the funnel and aligning your quilt along the side, the attachment takes care of enclosing the edge of the work with the binding in a single pass, saving hours of basting or hand sewing.

This model includes a dedicated presser foot that was designed with a specific rear cut-out to work in conjunction with Pfaff's IDT system (integrated dual feed), ensuring that the entire volume of the work and the binding advance at the same speed, without slipping.
